We are now at the end of April and as a bank holiday weekend approaches it is a good time to reflect on all the wonderful things going on in our lovely school.

Hedgehogs have planted beans to watch grow and they had a lot of fun mixing different greens with blue and yellow paint to paint beanstalks. They’ve had some really creative ideas about what could be at the top of their beanstalks.

Squirrels are working hard on writing independently and I have seen some super work going on in their classroom this week. They are creating a beautiful Africa display. Keep an eye on the school Dojo for some photographs.

Fox class continue to explore Shakespeare’s Macbeth. I know Mrs Eade has been really impressed with the way they are grasping decimals in maths and they’ve been creating timelines in history to see where the Tudors fit. I have really enjoyed my sessions with Fox class learning some pickleball skills.

Owl class have been really demonstrating that they’re the oldest children in the school this week. The working atmosphere in their classroom is to be commended as they get stuck into their stone age topic.
